Hrithik Roshan has been missing from the Bollywood scenes ever since his last release earlier this year ‘Kaabil’. Even Aishwarya Rai Bachchan hasn’t appeared in any movie since Karan Johar’s ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’. With several news reports of their upcoming projects, looks like these stars are still looking for that perfect script for themselves.

With Marathi movies taking the nation by storm, and a horde of stars getting associated with this regional cinema genre, Aishwarya and Hrithik also recently expressed about how they will be keen to work in Marathi projects.Salman Khan being the most recent one to join the Marathi bandwagon, said how he would love to work with Riteish Deshmukh, ” Yes, I’m keen on working in a Marathi film with Riteish Deshmukh. Now the ball is in Riteish’s court. He needs to put in the pressure to be able to get me a role in his film. I’ve already committed to working for him in his next Marathi film. ”

Both Hrithik and Aishwarya who were recently present at the music launch of ‘Hrudayantar’, spoke about how they would absolutely love to be associated with the Marathi film industry.

” I would love to work in a Marathi film ,” she said adding, “‘ Hrudayantar’ is a celebration of life, but I also see it as a beautiful, sensitive and emotional journey which is the way life is. It’s a huge honour to be present here at the musical celebration ,” said Ash.
