Last evening, the makers of Fanne Khan shared an image of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan from the film on social media. “There are divas and then there is Aishwarya Rai Bachchan… our shining star,” they wrote. The musical also stars Anil Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao.

The sizzling pair of the 1999 super hit romantic film, ‘Taal’- Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anil Kapoor have reunited after 17 years for the film Fanne Khan. The film is an official remake of the Oscar-nominated Dutch film ‘Everybody’s Famous’.

“It is a musical comedy with a series of drama in it. It’s a fun story and it has more elements than just comedy. It is a dramedy…,” said Anil Kapoor.

Fanne Khan is slated to release on 15th June, 2018.
