Varun Dhawan had confessed on Koffee With Karan that he was ready to tie the knot with girlfriend Natasha Dalal

This has been the year of weddings with Sonam, Deepika, Anushka and now Priyanka tying the knot. There are also strong rumours about Arjun Kapoor willing to take the plunge with Malaika Arora, to whom he has been linked to off late. However, one name that fans are eager to see walk the aisle and say ‘I Do’ is Varun Dhawan.

Perhaps the wait need not be long. We have got exclusive information that Varun Dhawan’s wedding is being planned and that his father, David Dhawan is taking the lead. Most probably, Varun will get married by the middle of next year. Recently, Varun, David and Varun’s long-time girlfriend, Natasha Dalal were caught flying out of Mumbai in an apparent bid to plan the marriage, along with representatives of a leading wedding planning company.

The probable destinations of Varun’s wedding are either Kerala or Udaipur in Rajasthan. However, the final name hasn’t been decided yet. “The two families have arrived at a decision that Varun’s marriage will take place at a location outside of Mumbai, in keeping with the current trend of destination marriages. The two are location hunting for the ceremony and they are keen on Rajasthan,” said a source. Incidentally, Priyanka Chopra will be exchanging vows in Jodhpur, Rajasthan with Nick Jonas in the first week of December.

According to the source, the wedding planner is working very hard to get the venue fixed and has presented several options to the Dhawans. Varun has already declared on Koffee With Karan in an earlier episode that he is dating Natasha and the two are planning to get married.
