Janhvi Kapoor remembers mom Sridevi with an adorable throwback pic on the diva’s birth anniversary

Janhvi Kapoor is riding high on the success of Dhadak but it is indeed unfortunate that her mom Sridevi could not see her daughter make such a fab impression with her debut film. On the occasion of her birth anniversary, Janhvi posted a snap of her with her parents. The picture is a mirror image where we can see her as an adorable toddler in mom’s arms. Dad Boney Kapoor is hugging the two. In a striped tee with her hair left open, Sridevi looks effortlessly beautiful while Janhvi is just so cute in that matching white outfit with a cap. The actress’ untimely demise sent shockwaves across the nation. Once people digested the news, fans could not control themselves. Sridevi’s birth anniversary will be observed in many ways. In an interview to Hindustan Times, Janhvi disclosed her mom’s advice on choosing roles. She said the emphasis was always on interesting characters. She told the paper, “But you have to create an impact with whatever little you get. If one can leave an impression [in such parts] on audiences and touch their hearts, then there’s nothing like it. That’s what mum [Sridevi] always used to say. She would tell me, ‘it’s never about the kind of role you get, you need to create magic with whatever is given to you’. I hope that I can get to that [stage] one day.”
